LLP Registration Package at ₹1,999: What Shunya's Fee Covers and What Is Billed Separately
Shunya's LLP registration package is a flat ₹1,999 professional fee. It covers CA document verification, name check, DSC and DPIN, the LLP agreement, the FiLLiP filing, Form 3, ROC queries, and delivery of the Certificate of Incorporation with PAN and TAN. Government fees and state stamp duty are billed separately at actual cost. Standard turnaround is 7-10 working days, as of September 2026.
What does the LLP registration package include for ₹1,999?
The ₹1,999 LLP registration package is Shunya's flat professional fee for taking an LLP from documents to a Certificate of Incorporation, with a practising Chartered Accountant reviewing every filing. It covers our work only; government fees and state stamp duty are separate, and we say so before you pay.
Say Farhan and Divya, co-founders of a small digital-marketing consultancy, are choosing between providers. They have seen a headline fee and want to know what it covers, what will be added later, and how long it takes. That is the right way to compare, because two providers with the same headline fee can include very different work.
This page sets it out plainly, as of September 2026. It is fully online, so no office visit is needed. If you are still deciding whether an LLP is the right structure, read the LLP registration page and the Private Limited vs LLP vs OPC comparison first.
What is in the package, item by item?
The package covers eight pieces of work, from checking your documents to delivering the certificate. The table lists each item and what it means for you.
| Item | What it means | Included in ₹1,999 |
|---|---|---|
| CA verification | A practising CA checks partners' documents and details before filing | Yes |
| Name availability check | The proposed LLP name is checked against existing names and rules | Yes |
| DSC and DPIN | Class 3 Digital Signature Certificates and Designated Partner Identification Numbers for the partners who need them | Yes |
| LLP agreement | Drafted for your profit share, contributions and partner duties | Yes |
| FiLLiP filing | The integrated e-form (Form for Incorporation of LLP) that creates the LLP | Yes |
| Form 3 filing | Files the LLP agreement with the MCA within 30 days of incorporation | Yes |
| ROC queries | Replies to Registrar of Companies queries on your filing | Yes |
| Certificate, PAN and TAN | Certificate of Incorporation, with PAN and TAN issued for the LLP | Yes |
| Government fees and stamp duty | MCA fees and state stamp duty on the agreement | No, billed at actual cost |
The Certificate of Incorporation is the LLP's proof of existence. PAN and TAN are applied for through the FiLLiP and issued after the Registrar approves the incorporation.
What is billed separately from the ₹1,999 fee?
Government fees and state stamp duty are billed separately, at actual cost, and your CA confirms the amount for your state and contribution before you pay anything beyond the professional fee. Neither is Shunya's income; they are paid to the government.
MCA government fees
The FiLLiP fee depends on your total contribution. As of September 2026, on the fee schedule in force since 1 April 2022, it is ₹500 up to ₹1 lakh, ₹2,000 for above ₹1 lakh up to ₹5 lakh, ₹4,000 for ₹5 lakh up to ₹10 lakh, and ₹5,000 for ₹10 lakh up to ₹25 lakh. Higher slabs apply above ₹25 lakh; check the MCA fee calculator. Form 3 also carries a small filing fee by slab, and there is a name reservation fee of ₹200 if the name is reserved separately through RUN-LLP.
State stamp duty
Stamp duty on the LLP agreement is set by each state and varies, so we quote no figure here. Your CA gives the exact amount for your state on the callback. Our LLP registration cost and fees guide and the LLP cost calculator help you estimate the total before you decide.
How long does it take, and when is the fee waived?
A standard LLP incorporation takes 7 to 10 working days with Shunya once your documents are complete. If it takes longer than 15 working days from the date you submit complete documents, the professional fee is waived.
Some points shape that timeline. The clock starts when your documents are complete and correct, not when you first call. A name that needs a rewrite, a blurred scan, an old utility bill or a missing owner NOC for a rented office can send the filing back and add days. Approval by the Registrar also sits outside anyone's control, and a query adds time, which is why the waiver is tied to the 15 working day mark from complete documents.
After incorporation, the LLP agreement is filed on Form 3 within 30 days. That step is part of the package. Once you have the certificate, the yearly work begins; see the LLP annual compliance guide for Form 11 and Form 8.
Request a free callback or pay online; government fees and stamp duty are billed at actual cost.
Start LLP registration →How do you start LLP registration with Shunya?
You start by requesting a free callback or by paying the ₹1,999 professional fee online, both from the LLP registration page. A CA calls you within the hour on a callback, and you can also reach us on WhatsApp or call at +91 80809 18797.
- Choose how to start. Request a callback (name and phone only, free), or pay ₹1,999 online with "Start now".
- Talk to a CA. Confirm partners, contribution, name options and your state, so the government fee and stamp duty are quoted up front.
- Share documents. Partners' PAN, Aadhaar and photos, and office proof. Our LLP documents checklist lists each one.
- Sign and review. DSC and DPIN are arranged, the LLP agreement is drafted, and the CA reviews the filing.
- Receive the certificate. After FiLLiP approval you get the Certificate of Incorporation, PAN and TAN, and Form 3 is filed.
You can request the callback first and pay later; there is no need to pay before you have asked your questions.
What is not included in the package?
The package covers LLP registration only; anything beyond that is not part of the flat ₹1,999 fee, and you should ask about it on the callback rather than assume. We do not promise these services here, and no price is implied for them.
- GST registration.
- Bank account opening.
- A registered-office address, if you do not already have a premises or proof.
- Trademark filing for the LLP name.
- DPIIT (Startup India) recognition.
- Bookkeeping and accounting.
- Yearly filings after incorporation, such as Form 11, Form 8 and the income-tax return.
If you need one of these, say so on the free callback and the CA will tell you what is offered and at what fee. Knowing this before you pay is the point of the list: an LLP with a certificate but no bank account or GST cannot invoice, so plan the next steps alongside registration. A wider walk-through of the startup route is on the Startup India page.
What should you ask any provider before you pay for LLP registration?
Before paying any provider for LLP registration, ask what the fee covers, what is billed separately, how long it takes, and what happens if it runs late. The answers make providers comparable, even when the headline numbers look alike.
- Is the LLP agreement drafted for us, or a template?
- Are government fees and stamp duty shown separately, and confirmed for our state?
- Does the fee cover Form 3, or is it extra?
- Who handles Registrar queries, and is that included?
- Is there a stated timeline, and what remedy if it is missed?
- Are DSC and DPIN included, and for how many partners?
If you are weighing Shunya against others, read our neutral comparisons with IncorpX, IndiaFilings and Vakilsearch, and check each provider's current pages yourself.
Is a CA-assisted LLP package worth it, or can you do it yourself?
You can register an LLP yourself, and a CA-assisted package is worth it mainly when you want fewer rejections, a sound LLP agreement and someone to handle queries. DIY needs a Class 3 DSC for each signatory, an MCA portal login, name research and a drafted, stamped agreement.
A CA adds value where mistakes are costly: choosing a name likely to be approved, setting the right contribution slab, drafting profit share and exit terms, keeping documents consistent so the filing is not returned, and filing Form 3 on time. A CA is not legally mandatory for an LLP; it is a decision about your time and risk. The trade-offs are set out in our guide to LLP registration online with a CA vs DIY.
If you are not sure, the free callback costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
